    日本開發農殘自動分析儀 50分鐘完成檢測

      據日本媒體消息,宮崎縣綜合農業試驗場、島津制作所、大阪大學、神戶大學組成的研發小組,開發了短時間內全自動分析農作物中殘留農藥成分的裝置。

      使用該裝置、以前花近一周的分析現只需50分鐘就可完成。宮崎縣從3月末開始將使用該裝置進行分析。

      據宮崎縣報導,在日本國內使用的農藥成分約有400種,世界上約有800種。以前各種成分的檢測方法各異,而且使用有機溶劑進行提取也很費時間。

      該研發小組利用“超臨界流體”在高溫、高圧下同時擁有液體和氣體特性,具有高提取能力的性質,使用二氧化碳等超臨界流體,省去了提取相關的前處理過程。建立了提取、分析為一體,可同時檢測500種成分的全自動檢測體系。

      該裝置中有機溶劑的使用量可降低到過去的十分之一。并可以切斷樣品和空氣的接觸,可使用于氧化分解而難于檢測的成分的檢測上。
